 Company Introduction
   
• 1-on-1 Learning with Laptops combines the tested effectiveness of one-on-one instruction with the novelty of an online learning tool. Our objective is to bolster students’ academic abilities while helping them gain valuable computer skills, all in the convenience of each student’s home, local library, or community center.
   
• We have tutoring opportunities in various cities throughout the US.
 



 Tutor Responsibilities
   
• We are currently securing tutors for our In-Home programs only.
   
• Sessions occur at the student's home or at a preferred location, such as a public library.
   
• All tutoring sessions take place in a one-on-one environment.
   
• This is an independent contractor position, and we work around the tutor's schedule.
   
• Tutors are offered work anywhere from 6-25 hours per week.
   
• The amount of hours tutors work per week depends on their schedule, what subjects they can tutor, and the amount of hours they prefer.
   
• Where a tutor lives or goes to school determines which area they will tutor in.
   
• Most tutoring sessions take place Monday through Thursday, between the hours of 4:00pm and 9:00pm. Weekend tutoring sessions can also be arranged with students at various times.
   
• Tutors work with the same students on a weekly basis.
 



 Minimum Requirements Needed To Apply

• A reliable personal automobile
• Consistent Internet access
• Able to pass criminal background check



 Compensation

Tutoring jobs servicing the Government Funded Programs
• $17.00 per hour for all tutorials
• Most tutorials are less than 2 hours
